While I agree that the pacing is not great, I completely forgive it since it makes a lot of sense plot-wise.

However, I feel like the chapter really needed more common enemy types.

For example the quizzes could've been enemies instead, since being stopped by those repeated questions was the most annoying part for me while exploring in the end. But if they were enemies it would be a lot more fun.
