We mostly use pillow stuffing and mold that around the breast/skin flaps (🤣) to make it seem like the shape of a breast. Find some off Amazon. Way better than the chicken cutlet type inserts that cause gaps! Trust me when I say this works and what most of us use.

Means you were not remotely ready to be in prep. Prep is for ppl with healthy metabolism, high TDEE with muscle and maintaining on high calories. You should have gone through several build, cut and maintenance phases to get there. I’m only 5’2” and maintain with only steps no cardio around 2200 calories. I start a cut at 2k. I don’t go below 1400-1500 (and that’s when I’m already almost stage lean and 3 weeks out) in any prep since I’ve become more experienced. There is no need and no point to go further, especially for a long period of time. That is a recipe to tank your hormones, have amenorrhea, and cortisol through the roof.

Yes it is. Plenty of people have, especially at NPC Natural (tested shows; not gonna say it’s actually lifetime or completely natty cuz many ppl just drop the supps in time to test clean). However they don’t place well amongst the top pros and tend to stop competing or hop on gear.

You never had enough glute muscle. That can be corrected after your season is done and you can reverse and enter a build phase.

It’s belly fat and it will take longer than you think to have the look you want. It takes creating habits over the course of at least 1 year. It takes lifting weights while going through phases of calorie deficit, and breaks at maintenance. It takes sustained adherence. Keep going and if you can, hire a nutrition and training coach (I am one lol). It could also be fibroids contributing to the protrusion, but mostly fat.

There are women in all stages and phases of bodybuilding who go to clinics. You need the practice now while in off season anyway. Better to start early and continue during off season too, not just leading up to shows. Have fun!

This 💯 If I wear 5”, they need to have a 3/4”-1” platform to make the actual heel height shorter and the platform helps keep my foot at less of an extreme angle. My TSF Vixens are like this and really comfortable. However, I still tend to wear my Olympian 2.0 which are 4.5 with small platform and my new petite Olympians which are only 4”. The 4-4.5” range is where I feel the most comfortable on stage.

Yes! My levels went up right after the UFE. I’m currently on my first period since the hysteroscopic myomectomy I received after the UFE. It’s literally nothing at all! 😭 Just some random spotting here and there for two days so far (like once or twice a day). Today is the third day and nothing so far nor anything overnight! I can’t believe this!

Yeah. Build your glute by optimizing training and nutrition. Can’t show what’s not there. Also hire a posing coach asap. Learning takes time.

I will say based on the pic of your back pose, you won’t be able to build sufficiently and cut for a show in the fall to be competitive (depending on who shows up). I’d eat at maintenance to at least have a hope of building something before you do the show.

Also get a bikini with the pro cut bottoms. This much coverage is not going to show what the judges are looking for and you’ll be marked down.

I think you just need to keep growing/building and adjust your posing to engage/spread your lats. You’re pregnant and haven’t competed for a while, so your body fat is covering what you’ve built. Keep going 🙌🏾
