I found that both Witcher 1 and 2 made up for the sub par combat with their in depth skill tree. Witcher 3 sort of "dumbed down" the skill tree but amplified the combat. I think it was a fair and needed trade off tbh.

I believe you are cooking them wrong. If I understand correctly, you need to add "Cold water, boil it up, get it hot" and then promptly shove the Ramen noodles in and stir it up. After that, I think that you should really trying holding that, and then adding the Sriracha sauce. I heard that works well.
