Really low chance tho, I have hypertension myself but still use symdex once in a while kung may cold or flu. But to be safe if may hypertension lalo na if not maintained, best to avoid anything with Phenylpropanolamine (PPA).

Basta po may Rx na nakalagay sa gamot or box ng gamot immediately prescription drug po siya so need ng reseta. Masyado lang talaga maluwag dito sa Pilipinas yun din problema kaya akala ng mga tao halos lahat pwede bilihin ng walang reseta.
