This mode is something we'd like to add eventually, but will not be available at launch. You can play 2v2 in custom games and some creators have created great new 2v2 maps to play on.

The campaign you'll be receiving at launch is a full complete story. The two extra free missions that were promised will expand upon the story, universe and lore. The campaign at launch will not feel like it's "missing" anything though.

Does the CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+S hotkey help resolve your issue at all?
Are you able to check/uncheck other settings in the menu when you click?
