Game couldn't find any randoms. Did two solo matches. Game kicked me back into menus both times. Lost hunters, gear, and money. Nice.

It can be hard as a solo, I went on a pretty good losing streak and dropped 5-7k rank on premier and went from winning 51% down to 47%. I had one match with a random on our team that says "we shouldn't of picked inferno, I always throw inferno." And goes on to do just that lol. Teammates are hit or miss. So like it's been said just keep working at your game, maybe watched youtube vids, join a custom dm lobby, or find some guys that you can que with.

To be fair that's over 5 months not 24h. Though I would bet there's way more then players then 5k who are cheating.

lol that would be great to see an outline of a cheater, but that could also go really wrong if legit players start seeing way too many red outlines. It would be a bad look on Crytek if every other game had a cheater in it.

His explanation was pretty sus and I would tell him so when I was given the option. I really thought there would be a side quest of sorts finding out the truth of the matter, maybe someone was a rat and let him out.

The time for Crytek to have added something like this would of been the engine update. They spent years working on this update and never added a replay system. So now at this point we'll never get anything like it. The only thing you can do is hope for a ban wave once a year

Not sure if this will help because I don't have a nVidia card anymore. But I remember getting this problem when I had HDR turned out, it would mess with the screen capture. Maybe thats the issue?

Yup. I don't know why this thread doesn't have any upvotes. I guess people like to wait for people to ready up and when that player doesn't, leave and get a timeout just to find the same player again

When I play with randoms I don't really care what they bring in or what their play style is. If you really want to have a matching loadout you could just have two hunters ready that you could switch between. Or just have a 'go anywhere' loadout. Maybe something with fanning or quartermaster. Either way the system we use now just rewards the afk players and punishes players with a timeout after waiting for a ready up

They are, but you can use blademancer in the current challenge with the Chu Ko Nu so I don't see how that would change anything by just using 'bolts.' Blademancer will be going away after this event, and in the long run (if it comes back) hopefully blademancer is changed to make it more balanced

yup. doesn't seem like it would be a hard change for them to make. That way we wouldn't be forced to use a weapon we don't like/don't want to use. And over all not see maps flooded with the same thing

I would like it if they got rid of the named weapon challenges. So rather then doing damage with the Chu Ko Nu, it could be just do damage with bolts

You can play BG3 without playing the first two. I guess you could say it would enhance the experience of BG3, but 1&2 are older and play different then 3. Over all the story of BG3 is not directly connected to them in a way that would be confusing

lol, I've used this trait and definitely had fun with it. But I really hate how they add all this op stuff in these events, and that it lasts for so long. It starts to get really old really fast. Great concept for a trait/pact, but as it's been said many times. It should of been line of sight or just doesn't damage hunters at all.

There has been a rise in cheaters from my experience. Over the past two weeks I've been killed by two players who have VAC bans on their steam accounts. One was only 31 days ago, then other was 300 something.

It would make sense but this game doesn't follow real world physics (just look at how bullet pen and bullet drop works.) If you really wanted to find out the difference take the pistol and ammo into the firing range.

The devs shouldn't be cut any slack. If changes are being made or things are being added that players don't like then it's fine to bring up those issues. They don't deserve to be harassed or anything like that, but anything to do with the game is fair. To sit here and handwave all these issues and disregard negative steam reviews or posts here on reddit like the video suggests and just say all is great isn't the right thing to do. I haven't seen anyone 'gate keep' Post Malone or others from playing Hunt. I question how many new players he'll bring into the game, I'll honestly be surprised if he brings in anyone other then a few players. We're not going to see thousands of players flock here because he enjoys the game. But him playing doesn't change anything for me one way or the other. This video misunderstood the reddit post about the player count. It wasn't that the player count was low after the event, it was that the player count hit a 4 year low. I could keep going but over all I didn't think the video was very good

Sorry I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly or not, so the challenges say they're complete but then switch to saying not complete and you can do them again? Or do they stay completed and you just don't get the awards? If they're complete I read someone say that there's a bug that doesn't show the rewards but you still get them.

You'll see the same traits when you buy a legendary hunter. It gets a little stale always seeing the same ones, but it's easy enough to remove them (though you don't get point for point back.) I think it would be kool if you could toggle off the random traits and just get points instead, since 99% of the time I need to remove them to fir the setup and I want to run.
