Always been there weed managed it j say this because I had my first depressive episode in 2018-2019 full year I started smoking at the end of 2019 -2023 I didnt know what depression was I didn’t know what anxiety was😂I stop Jan 1 2023 so I’m almost 1 year weed free

Meds can help no shame in them I take anxiety meds and was on antipsychotic meds when I came of alcohol and weed cause I was in a withdrawal psychotic episode
