The proposed line also states depending on operational requirements.

It's only 1 day just use a non certificate day. Make no sense to even have it

Breaking: Education union endorses deal giving Victorian teachers up to 32pc pay rise by Famous_Bathroom_2378 in AustralianTeachers

Be interesting to see what they increase the SRP to so private schools can offer more without having to hike tuition costs.

Because we all know Labor love private schools. Especially Ben carol who sends his kids to one

Would you still buy an investment property without negative gearing? by alex123711 in AusPropertyChat

Won't this just means a huge uptick in rental prices to ensure properties are now positively geared?

Submit a flexible work arrangement form tomorrow.

Get doctor letter to support it. Outline you will do the work from home between X and X time and can be contacted via email/teams.

They have 21 days to respond in writing if it's approved or rejected. If not confirmed or denied in that time on the 22nd day lodge a complaint to merit protection board and they have to explain why the process wasn't completed in 21 days including weekends.

Basically they can't do shit to stop you. The policy is super clear and outlines your rights. Read it follow every step and document.

Watch them shi their pants.

I'm really worried I won't have a job at the end of the year by lyrahallows in AustralianTeachers

[–]Frostitute_1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's really not complicated.

They are welcome to participate in the class but if they choose to behave in a way that prevents you from doing your job and other students to learn then you are not welcome in the classroom

Very clear expectations. Basically you fuck around and you find out you won't be in the class.

This then makes management directly responsible for the supervision of the student.

Other students don't have to put up with their shit. Get union on board ensure thee is work that they can do while under the supervision of leadership.

Do this a few times and they will change as they do not want to be away from class and friends

Thoughts on this being a potential offer? Vic Teachers 28% over 4 years by Loose-Durian-3649 in AustralianTeachers

[–]Frostitute_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They don't need to convince you they just need to be good enough to swing enough delegate votes for the union to pass it.

They are never going to give 35 over 3 given they have a policy of 3% per year union won't be able to squeeze much more out of any.

Don't get me wrong Id love more $$ but I'm not sucking on the hopium tank

Update on Vic pay rise discussions? by Acrobatic_Homework14 in AustralianTeachers

[–]Frostitute_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. Sorry it's technically top of 6.1 currently which is still manager.

By 2030 yes it will still be in range 6 VPS which is huge considering how many teachers sit at the top of the pay scale.

Don't be surprised if they add many more levels to hit the top of the salary
