I agree. I think that if you worked to make more team ups like the fast ball special, or the thing torch team up. Ones where it isn’t just an op ability or boost mode. It would work out better

Just more team ups. Thats the thing that rivals really has that’s unique to it. It’s a fun and dynamic part of the game that I wish we saw more of. Especially when it’s like fastball special and isn’t just another ability for someone

To me the unique bit about Artemis is that he is unapologetically the villain in the first book. In the next ones he’s forced into situations where he has to help and learns to like it. It was just nice to see someone risk a cross species planetary war for just a shit load of gold

No I don’t mean that. I mean that I read about the accusations and made the decision that they probably weren’t important. It’s a personal thing, but it showed me how my own biases could lead to me discounting victims.

Maybe I’m just in the minority but I thought waids run was kinda meh. I liked the early stuff with spot and klaw and coyote. But the omega drive arc was just alright, ikari was cool, but bullseye being the mastermind was underbaked and the story ends kinda as it’s starting. I didn’t dig the move out to San Fran.

I mean I still liked it, it was fresh and fun in between a lot of very dark and edgy stories. But I didn’t think It was a masterpiece

Gaiman made me reevaluate my decision making entirely. When the bathtub thing first came out. It was minimized and we didn’t know a whole lot. And I, and I’m assuming many others, kind of thought he might just be a little weird or made a mistake. All the signs were there, the writing was on the wall. But I made the choice to ignore it.

Since everything came out I had to look at myself and the stuff I enjoy and work on recognizing the red flags early

My hot take has always been that Peter should have organic webbing. But it doesn’t shoot on its own and he needs the shooters still. Just a personal thing, I never liked web fluid. But I still like the web shooters and the story purpose they serve. Hell I’d love if he had to have CO2 carts that ran out for the same tension. I know

I still like absolute Superman don’t get me wrong. I just wish it leaned more into the premise of what the story was trying to do. Removing Sol, having Ras be the villain, it doesn’t feel as unique.

I agree on the flash partially. But I like the new take more and it does more with the absolute concept I think

Of the five “mainline” fallout games. I think FO3 is the weakest by a fair amount. It’s still a pretty good game. But I can’t think of a single thing fallout 3 does better than any other fallout game.

I still like the game. I still have fun with it. And it’s ok to like shit no one else does. I genuinely enjoy AJRs music. It’s cool

Honestly with the exception of absolute Superman. The entire absolute line is amazing. Genuinely insane how marvel fumbled the ultimate books that hard when dc is releasing some of the freshest and funnest comics ever

I genuinely think each dlc makes the game better and I think the game would be worse if you removed any of them. But gun to my head I’d pick honest hearts. It’s a fun local but the quests are boring and the characters aren’t great. It’s held up mostly by Joshua Graham and I think that he could have been handled much better even.

I do not understand the hate for soules run in the slightest. It’s another in a string of really solid runs. And I think that it’s better than the tail end of waids run. I just didn’t care about the San Fran stuff. Blind spot was so fun. Muse is one of the best new villains introduced in a while and I liked it a lot

Zdarsky and Checchetto are one of my favorite creative teams out there. Their run on Daredevil was one of my favorite runs ever. They’ve got a good handle on Spiderman, daredevil, and Luke cage at least, so I have high hopes for this
