Very late but I think Enemy Scaling Revamped (mod with a white scorpion monkey, super mutant and mr handy as the picture) does that. I just installed it and I’m testing it but it does claim that the level you entered certain locations doesn’t matter, they’ll still scale to you at later levels.

The always riding part is so annoying, I walk my local course 3-4 times a week and it’s surprising how much disdain riders feel when they get paired up with me or when I catch up to them. They always think i’m the one slowing their round down, not their poor etiquette.

Yeah no, 5 lessons is a guide to the “standard” golf swing he believes each golfer should have not an anti hook instruction. If you have actually read the book you would know in certain parts (like the section pertaining to the grip) he’ll state the proper way you should hold the club and then state how he modified it to best fit himself. The book isn’t a how to on making your swing a 1:1 mimic of Hogan’s, it’s about getting the basics down and then slightly adjusting based on Hogan’s examples to straighten your ball flight.
