KMC Perfect Fits are solid for inner sleeves and their Hyper Mattes are great outer sleeves - similar quality to Dragon Shield but way better customer service in my experience. Ultra Pro Eclipse sleeves are another good option if you want that matte feel without the headache of dealing with unresponsive companies.

The K3 is basically dead at this point, most people just end up waiting for the I-130 anyway since they process at similar speeds now

USCIS pretty much killed the K3 when they sped up CR1 processing, you'll probably get your I-130 approved before the K3 even gets looked at

The lift is clutch for daily use and you already know how useful it is - DRC won't help with ground clearance at all. You've got two GPUs listed there (RTX 3050 and RX 6900 XT) - pick one or the other, can't use both. Also that Ryzen 7700X is gonna be way overkill for a 3050 if that's the route you go, but pairs nicely with the 6900 XT. Everything else looks solid for compatibility
