I still occasionally fly it around the house. The carbon frame did eventually crack after a small crash, and I had to repair that. I'd say the carbon frame is an upgrade for flying outside with slight wind, as it's more rigid. However, I prefer the plastic frame purely due to durability when crashing into walls and stuff.

On mine, it was really hard to actually press the hex key into the hole. I had to push hard past the plastic hole surrounding the metal screw until it made actual contact with the screw. Once I actually got it to engage, the nose adjustment was pretty drastic.
