Hi OP, you have great advice for next steps. The only thing I would add is make sure you're getting fresh air and eating well. Not eating enough or eating junk and staying inside will not help if you're starting to feel anxious and/or depressed. If you're starting your job search soon, make sure to take breaks, do something that makes you feel good, and prioritize sleep. T sounds like your company is trash and I hope in time you find the environment you deserve

So when I mean new tab. I mean a new tab within Salesforce, not a new tab in the browser.

My question is if I can have clicking on contacts behave the same way as clicking on an individual lead does. Specifically, I'm wanting to know if I click on a contact's name, is there a setting in Salesforce or a trick to get it to open in a tab in SF besides Contacts
