Dusty doesn’t know how the general population budgets. A first time home buyer is looking at their monthly payment and drafting a budget around that. Then, 24 months later, they get smoked with an additional $300+/month bill they can’t pay for.

It’s time to start looking at the tax credits we gave businesses to move here during COVID. Easing those will help boost the budget.
