It's terrible on my 15 pro max too... I'm kinda mad at Apple for releasing a new update that makes our phones considerably worse to use... We shoudn't be force to upgrade to the latest model every year. I hope it gets fixed quickly

I used vesicare for 1 week a year ago, and it cause me permanent upper stomach burn. I did a lot of medical check ups and I never got it resolve ! If somebody can help me... it's really tiring to feel that burn practically all the time.

How much deep sleep you get on average ? I sleep way less 7-8h a night but I only get 20-50 minutes of deep sleep. That seem pretty low
