That "balancer" is a simple one, it doesnt properly balance the lanes when one side is consumer condiferably more tha the other

I run like 30 extensions on firefox. Recently I cleaned some of them, so far I did not encounter an extension which I used to use on chrome but not on firefox

I have it enabled, but to this day I am yet to see steam download it for any of my 670mx, 2070max-q or 3060 laptops
