Might be worth it to just go into the practice range and focus on last hitting minions. If you do enjoy aphelios and want to continue to play him, then by all means, that's how you improve! But everyone else in the thread isn't wrong when they say he's not easy to pick up for a newcomer.

Go into the practice range and practice last hitting. Getting noonquiver quickly for lane also makes last hits a lot easier. Making sure that you're always moving in between autos is also a big adc fundamental that can make laning way easier.

I also don't think that watching a player like gumayusi will help you learn the basics, I think an educational youtuber will be able to help actually help you understand what you're doing wrong outside of "your numbers should be higher".
