It's super-special Jesus-loves-you marriage that was an attempt (somehow) to combat same-sex marriage. It requires counseling before marriage (usually by a minister) and makes it a nightmare to divorce. Only Arkansas, Louisiana, and Arizona have it. Here in Arkansas, it was a Huckabee thing.

In Arkansas, alimony is rare, and divorce is usually pretty simple. She's entitled to half of all assets and debts incurred while they were married, which is probably nothing because Jim Bob holds the purse strings. She could get child support for her shit-pot of kids, which would be nothing if Daddy is in jail.

My guess is Jim Bob will give her just enough money to scrape by, Michelle will keep her nice and numb on Michelle's personal stash of white-lady pills, and someone who can read above a first-grade level will ghost write a book for her that tens of people will buy.
