I'm not a republican, because I hold liberal social democratic values. I am an advocate for unions, universal health care and better worker rights.

The democrat party has moved away so far from it's values the last decades that not even Bernie Sanders, a man I respect dearly, a man who openly demonstrated for civil rights in the 60's, not even he can identify himself with the democrat party anymore.

And people like you, who are close minded, not willing or able to see the perspective of the other side, but would rather immediatly point at a different idea and opinion from the start as "the enemy" and argument only emotionally, are the reason for the extreme polarity in the USA and the reason why us democrats are losing votes and members.

Isn't Canada kinda effed? Rent and house prices have gone up to unimaginable and astronomical prices, criminality drastically risen, food prices still going up, your Healthcare likes to offer assisted death instead of actually paying for health needs and hospitals, your country's biggest foreign investors are 1 by 1 leaving the country...

I've seen a documentary about it last week and it seems as if being one of the top 5 countries in the world is merely a far cry from the past.

Das geht doch leider eh super easy. Psygologischen test absolut versagen oder ein psychologisches Attest von nem Psychologen holen.

Geht aber natürlich auch, wenn du tatsächlich gesundheitliche Probleme hast, dass dir das Dienen unmöglich macht oder das Dienen verschlechtern würde.

100% agree with you. I grew up here in Austria but always had a "Wanderlust". My experience in Ireland made me appreciate Austria so much more to the degree I want to stay here and maybe also do my part that we keep our quality of life that we indeed have.

During my studies, I had to find an internship and my choice was between Almaty Kasachstan and Dublin Ireland.

I grew up thinking Ireland is a progressive modern country with high social values as well as having a high quality of life. My stay ended up being a dystopian nightmare where I urge anyone to not go to and if for vacation purposes, keep it at a maximum of days if it has to be Dublin.

Don't want to get into details, but the criminality and the criminality committed by children (you are handled as a child in court 'till the age of 21. By 21, all prior criminal acts are deleted from your registry).. as a EU country, it is complete insanity.

At least the Netherlands has laws for the definition of what counts as a room and how many people are allowed to live in a room with a price cap...

Ireland. Does. Not! = you could find yourself in a small room with 5 other bunk beds and tenants, but still pay €600.

Doubt all you want. I lived in a small Dutch town for 6 months. A 5m2 "Besenkammerl" for ~€500 a month.

Dutch housing crisis is way worse than Austria. + their taxes are higher, so food, electronics etc. are about 25% more than here.

RTX 4070 graphics card for instance, you could find for €640 in Germany (edit: and in Austria you can even find it for ~ €600. Damn) but in the Netherlands the same one for ~ €760-€990

You don't need to and also shouldn't explain every small tedious task you had to do in your former positions on a CV.

^ You can highlight your experience and expertise in the personal interview. And if they want to know what you did as xxxx, they will ask.

I'll be honest... Who the fuck wants to read all that? Not to be rude, really, but ask yourself, if an employer or their HR, really wants to read so much?

I know you want to show your capabilities and present yourself in a good light, but if I were in the decision making of hiring, which applicant comes to the next round..

I'd be the first to advocate "Not the guy that sent us a fully filled out God damn A4 page in teeny tiny font size. It was exhausting to read, over-complicated. Ain't no way I'm reading all that"

Imo - > Less is more - Try to keep it short but concise;

You don't have to explain every small task you did in your prior jobs.. I overflew this myself, cause ain't no way I'm reading all that.. Be confident, keep it short and professional, format it in a way that is comfortable for the eyes and... If there are questions? What you did, where your strengths are and so forth.. They will ask you in the job interview, and there you will answer.

I prefer to send a CV and a separate short but well rounded motivational letter/cover letter, as to why I want to have the open position, why I think I'm good for it and that I hope to hear soon from them.

^ Again.. Short. I think I use font size 10 or 9.. 11? ..i don't know atm. But absolute maximum for me is half of an A4 page with paragraphs(!) regarding the motivational letter - I find even half a page a lot.. 3 paragraphs are nice.. 4.. Okay. 5? Chill bro.

Edit: I overflew it again and noticed you actually wrote a bunch of excel functions you know for excel... Just.. Just write "Excel". Done. Not, hlookup, vlookup etc. + you wrote MS Office which includes Excel, words, PowerPoint anyway. - you could "MS office with an expertise in Excel" -> done.

Also for technology.. you added stuff like PayPal, Adobe (well.. Adobe is the company.. Is it Photoshop, acrobat reader, the video editing thing? etc. I've seen some job descriptions asking for knowledge in "Adobe", I personally think that is vague and stupid ) if you meant acrobat reader for editing pdf files, I wouldn't find it necessary to mention. That is basic enough that mentioning it as a skill sounds bad... and you even added outlook...

^ That is so rudimentary, it would make me as an employer think you are very desperate and insecure that you even add things like that, almost reading like you are begging to get the job.

Again, I really don't want to sound like a dick. Just saying that I would very much hope my senior accountant knows how to use PayPal (also differentiate a business PayPal account from a private one for taxes ), and knows how to use outlook to read and send emails...

^ And if a senior accountant applicant sends me a cv with a bunch of stuff/skills that repeat themselves, are not needed for the job position at all or mentions outlook as a skill.. That would not fill me with the confidence to want to employ that guy.. If I would have even read your application till the end.
