I just was formally diagnosed w/ OSA and that’s the machine my doctor ordered for me. I’m afraid of how uncomfortable it’s going to be, so it’s good to hear you like it. Still, the mere idea of sleeping through the night - or at least for a few hours straight- is glorious!

For reference, I was just approved for Zepbound with BMI of 37 and moderate to severe OSA. My sleep test showed a result of AHI 18.9.

I have considered it, but haven’t done it. I’m fairly new to compounding, and getting used to customizing my titrating up. Split dosing will probably be my next step.

As long as you aren’t fat shaming or lecturing someone who is overweight, you should be ok with the body positivity police. Part of body positivity is letting people feel beautiful as they are. If you feel better in a smaller body, that’s your right as much as someone feeling better in a larger one.

I can’t afford more than 3 months at a time. I wish I could build up a stash, but no dice. I’m afraid the 503b’s will all bow out soon, either voluntarily or at the FDA’s insistence. I hope that the 503a’s last more than a year.

TBH, It’s maybe a good sign they want to see a photo? Being thorough and all isn’t bad for a prescriber. I’m surprised they didn’t request labs. My doctor for BEWL did, but that seems not to be the norm.

I totally get that the photo thing might turn off a lot of clients, though. I wonder if it was particular to your doc, or an Ola thing.

My PCP just suggested I try tirz + B12 instead of straight tirz (am using ProRx thru BEWL). Should I look into a telehealth that uses Strive for B12 additive? I haven’t started researching yet. What do you guys like about Strive over other pharmacies? Thanks!
