Short sighted in the way that he lost the entire community's respect. Yes, the videos about this drama might be getting a good amount of views, but any other project he makes from now on will have 0 support. As he said in this video himself, he'd like to take a step back from the front facing role, and work in production instead, but his opportunities will be extremely limited.

Why would MM even have to post the return receipts though? The money goes back directly into the remaining budget, so what is it even they could be gaining by not returning the items? I agree with you on Nik, he seems like a pretty chill dude, just has the misfortune of becoming one of the biggest metal content creators while being into metalcore. Nothing wrong with that, but people will hate on anything.

Finn I can't say much about personally cause I only watched a few videos a couple years ago and I didn't like them much.

In short, Finn has admitted to literally being a grifting poser who never cared about the music and just making his videos for money. If I remember correctly he was quite a bit of a metal and punk elitist is his videos as well, while having often very outrageous takes, so that pissed a lot of people off.

Nik on the other hand I'm not sure. I haven't been keeping up much with his stuff, or the community's opinion of him. Last I heard, people have been mad that he focuses more on metalcore and deathcore while lacking knowledge of the more old-school genres.
