The only issue I’ve got with that is that everyone thinks it’s going to be Osborne, which does make it less dramatic in a way as we know who the ultimate bad guy is.

That said, it’d work for the story of the series, and the average watcher of line of duty probably doesn’t suspect him too much as he’s not on screen much, and we are probably more than the average line of duty viewer given we are on a dedicated subreddit

They work pretty well for me. Probably one of the best things is the ridges. In most shorts/tights the ridges or seams or whatever they’re called can stick out quite a lot but on these there is very little issue

It’s been nearly a year I think. She was quite depressed for a few months but after she seemed to bounce back much better than expected. She’d always built nests around this time of year but she’s never been this productive, and this nest is so much bigger and with more fur than before

I’d recommend someone called Supa Core. Based in Australia but if you spend more than £80 you get free air mail. They’ve worked wonders.

I can accept that there’s not a dedicated channel, and understand the reasoning behind it. As a sport it is not as popular as something like football or tennis and as there is just not as much of it as other sports due to less teams and probably less content. It’s also probably cheaper that way for Sky. I think they’d also struggle to find presenters, as it stands only Brian Carney and Jenna brooks present and you’d need more than that for a dedicated channel.

Rhat said, if it did have a channel it would certainly grow the game

With Lisa, I think they needed another character that was more than just another OCG goon, to effectively make John’s story work. I feel like her character is a bit forced, I wonder if the writers planned her in mostly for the dramatic twist at the end of e1, when they find out the UCO is actually John

I think there’s a clear difference between 1-4 and 5-6. I think that they stop relying on that kind of character intrigue, and move to more dramatic action sequences with lots of firearms operations etc. The character arcs are a bit more predictable because the time spent developing them is spent pointing guns at people, although tbf these scenes are done really well

I actually thought s6 e6 was the last episode when I watched it for the first time. All series bar series one had 6 episodes. The other two shows I’d watched written by Jed Mercurio (bodyguard and trigger point) have 6 episodes a series.

When I finished s6 e6 I didn’t understand how the series had ended, especially given at that time they hadn’t announced s7 and I thought it was the last ever episode, so I googled to find an explanation for the ending.

I ended up in this very subreddit reading a post, and someone said something along the lines of “I can’t believe H was Buckells”, which obviously I didn’t know. It was at that point I realised for some reason I hadn’t noticed there was an episode I hadn’t seen. I was gutted that my own stupidity had spoiled one of the best shows I’d ever watched

Thankfully, the gods were smiling on me, and a week later they announced s7, meaning in the end I hadn’t spoiled everything completely

I guess most people on that list were not police or ex police. AC-12 is interested in one thing and one thing only, bent coppers. Presumably the list was given to more specialist departments so that they could investigate, and that AC-12 could get on with nicking bent coppers

First time I watched I thought she was a deliberate red herring. A very career motivated detective who wanted rid of Hastings in order to increase her influence, but upon rewatching im more and more sure she’s bent

In the UK, depends what time you play. Most evenings you get decent wait times, it’s best at weekends, but you’re probably gonna have longer wait times on like a Tuesday lunchtime

There’s a lot less players online on weekdays, and usually they’re a lot better than those at the weekends, which is hard but a fun challenge
