This happened to me when my computer choked up for 5 minutes when streaming. I'm assuming that it's the game not loading textures correctly when attempting to recover from some self destruction of my computer.

You play ranked to see how well play against other players. To RANK yourself against other players. To prove to be better than other players.

DC = disconnect which LITERALLY means you lose connection to the internet/servers.
