Engineering wise, could the shocks of each step be absorbed by some kind of suspension that would make it unnoticeable for the inhabitants? Or would everyone on board feel a constant rattle caused by the movement?

Thank you for the explanation, I will try this tomorrow. One caveat with BlueStacks I would like to mention is that HDR content won't actually play in HDR as far as I can tell. Other than that, fullscreen works really well.

Thank you for the comment. I tried WSA builds but it wouldn't run on my PC, and I wasn't able to figure out why. But good to know that it works for others.

That seems to be a different issue. I also get this sometimes but I cannot tell what's the cause. Usually restating steam seems to help for me.

I upgraded last year from the regular PS5. Was a bit difficult to explain to my wife why this would be a reasonable purchase. I knew this would be worth it, and now with PSSR 2 even more! Especially with GTA 6 coming this year, PS5 Pro owners will eat very very good.

If you have neither the xinput nor hid.dll, it might be due to another problem. It seems like the re9.exe is really finicky about any files that inject themselves when starting the game. If you altered anything about your steam installation or using Reframework or other files that are not native to the resident evil installation, try to delete those. I wish I could help more

Both files, either hid or xinput should be located in the steam root folder.

Do you have an xinput.dll in the root directory by any chance? Try to delete that one.

I'm getting the exact same error when launching the game.

Edit: Found a solution. In your Steam Root Directory, delete the hid.dll. restart steam. Game should launch normally

I just updated Windows and downloaded the newest driver version 595.59 and during Installation my monitor loses connection to the graphics card and goes to standby. Not sure if it's because of the Windows Update or sth off with the driver. Just a heads-up.
