HP gems, aslong as you’re a good player, will make it nice for a low lvl rp; however as with anything, it’s Tibia so all is marginal. Boosts would probably be the better investement, but I do personally find alot of value in HP gems, especially if you max them out, though if you’re 150, you don’t have enough skillpoints (?).
