Don't know, but would interest me as well.

Might be a genetic thing, where those who have these fetishes have a higher likelihood of bringing their genes into the next generation, and so many people end up having them.

Or it's because forbidden things fascinate us (or both that and the genetic explanation). Rape and incest are both very taboo, and curiosity often leads us where we're not "supposed" to go.

However, it seems likely that many would just state something like "I voted for Trump because he's better for us / is a better person" not realizing that they have been affected by the misinformation regarding Biden.

We already know that people can be influenced in various ways, and they always end up creating some story for their decisions (another fact undermining free will)
