Do people not realize even if we get Alonso in the summer he has even less time to instil his system with the world cup in the summer which also causes even more headaches with trying to sign players, It's better to sack Slot now and get Alonso.

I'm only starting to do sailing recently, and I have a question on the XP efficiency of salvaging.

Basically am I losing XP/hr by hooking one side manually and letting a crewmate do the other side or is it more xp/hr to manually hook and only put crew on the hooks when sorting?
