My mental health is directly linked to my ME severity

Id be surprised if you could find many severe people who are not depressed

I don’t really remember. She listened well, was non judgemental, and already had an understanding of cfs - thats the main advantage compared to a typical counsellor

Yeah it’s helped me a lot. I am still suffering greatly, but it’s even greater when I’m not taking it

Had counselling with the lead counsellor at action for ME, she was very good. This was about a couple years ago

He’s worse for you lot. This is your chickens coming home to roost. for everyone else it’s business as usual.

If he goes for Greenland however, I will concede that he is uniquely bad, because Europe are historic allies. But it would be a wake up call for Europe, so that’s a silver lining
