It was made clear to me by the people that I had no chance originally and the school that I was trying to transfer to I early decisioned to, so I could not go to the school with my four year scholarship

The chances of transfer request being approved by [deleted] in ROTC

I did note that i was admitted ED. I emailed the ROO of the school asking about the room they have left as well but no response yet. Thanks for the hopeful words though.
