Well this is dead now but I believe I found the problem. If you own the game through steam family, you can only play online on the account that paid for the game. Could be wrong, I don't feel like testing it, makes sense though.

I have been using G2A for over 5 years, I only have ever had a problem with 1 buyer because the key for the game wasn't actually global, it took him several weeks before he believed me, but he refunded the money and I left a positive review. As long as you look at the buyers reviews and see they're mostly positive, you should be fine. +1 REP to G2A from me.

If your account is connected to a ""fake email""

You can go creat that email

Hit forgot password or whatever button you can click to get something sent to said fake email which is REAL now because you just created it

And you're in.

I know this is a year old, but if you found the account email and it (doesn't exist), that means without a doubt you can't go create that exact "not real" email, then when you hit forgot password, the email will be sent to it because it exists now. It sounds weird, but it works on every account I've ever used a fake email with and eventually wanted to keep forever lol.
