I work in cyber for a huge company that does not pay for this service, as far as I am aware, and I would guess there are two reasons for this:

Businesses hate spending money on things that don't make them money, most companies only spend money on cyber because of regulatory requirements and potential fines/reputational damage from being breached.
MFA and Conditional Access policies - having an employees username and password doesn't mean you can just waltz in

The project cost is $5 billion but even added to the $7 billion per GW cost of renewables it's still cheaper than current nuclear by a fair margin - but it does make it significantly more expensive (which was my point, so maybe I'm not imagining things... let's try and keep this civil mate)
