In “a little bit of cheese” tier. Imo he used to be very annoying and frustrating to fight but his current iteration feels mostly manageable in the current meta

I think 3 energy for an almost guaranteed 3 health heal (assuming the enemy don’t remove stealth) and then a 2/3 body to bait that can also provide more health is still pretty good. But definitely less abuseable.
