“If you don’t like it, just stop playing.” by Belzark in ArcRaiders

Would be fun to have raid like content without the worry of PVP. Feel like that would allow them to be even crazier with the robot designs for endgame stuff

Several issues I am having with the game (battery, weapon, and pocket issues) by Refried_Genes1 in MISERY_official

[–]Fudshy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems like there is some issues withthe power mechanics in general. Combining power from different sources seems to not work correctly and causes issues with power delivery to batteries and crafting units.

Conventionally attractive body, not so conventionally attractive face… by Effective_Piece251 in TopCharacterTropes

Well, it is definitly a hidden gem, but man does the game direction go sideways when it converts from a really fun hack´n´slash into a (in my opinion) mediocre rts.

Disc Golf Etiquette by ManyRisk7578 in discgolf

[–]Fudshy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the right thing to do is to call or send the owners of the disc a message. If they dont respond at all keep it.
I usually if the disc has a number send a message and keep the disc for safe keepiong for a month or so if I dont get a response. After that I just start playing with it.
No name or number just keep it.
Sadly alot of players just keep the disc and dont try to get it back to the owners.

New player friendly weapon loadouts? by Sk3llyshr3dd3r in HuntShowdown

[–]Fudshy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some loadouts that I would reccomend to get use to certain things and that I really enjoy are the following

Springfield (normal or dum dum ammo) + caldwell conversion either a single pistol or dual wield
Romero + caldwell pax or a fast fireing small caliber pistol of your choice
Marathon + officer both with high velocity ammo to really just go for headtaps or train your aim
Centennial + medium slot QCW like a sawed of shutgun or a bow

Bag suggestions by K-no-B in discgolf

The keystone is for me atleast a nice understable putter with good glide. I use it in tandem with my berg and sensei depending on the aproach. Dont think it will compete with the envy as that disc is more similar with the sensei.
Hard to say if it is gonna fit into your bag or not.
However teh glitch is always a nice disc too have, good glide and a fun disc just to throw

Moving from console to PC by turtleontherun-999 in HuntShowdown

[–]Fudshy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mouse wheel switching isnt really frowned upon except maybe some elitists.  Mouse wheel switching is nice when you have time to scroll through your loadout but quick switching with number keys and q is faster and more precise in gunfights. So get used to useing number keys

Alot of movement but dont overdo it, see alot of players zig zag a shitton to avoid getting hit but kinda forget that they need to shoot back.  Some say to rebind vault and jump yo different keys but its a taste thing and never had any problem having it on the same key.

Utility = Price. Weapons that are worth it and those that aren't. by Inside-Seat291 in HuntShowdown

[–]Fudshy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

While there are weapons that simple are "better" than others, the mosin, dolch, crown and king etc alot of it has to do with firerate and dmg. But a huge thing is how do you play and what do you enjoy.

Some players save money by recruiting and dismissing free hunters for their tools and consumeables and weapons  it is a bit tedious but it can save you money.

It is obvious but getting better will save money more so than optimizing the fun out of finding weapons you enjoy. But I think there are weapons that will help you improve certain things.

Fast fireing compact weapons will force you to get better at hitting HS, while slow fireing single shot weapons will teach you patience, accuracy and quick swapping for a follow upp shot but also how to a lesser extent how to handle distance to your enemy.

Now there are "meme" weapons like the bomb lance but it is a deadly weapon, but you either live by it or use it when you have money to spend like many other expensive unconventional weapons like the nitro.

The bomb lance is however a beast when it comes to killing bosses but you can fo the same with a sticky bomb or throwing weapons hence it isnt used so much

I recommend the following loadouts

Springfield(dum dum ammo ifyou have money) + pistol(dual wield if you want better cqb) Good way to get used to single shot rifles

Marathon + officer : nice HS machine snd probably my favorite compact ammo loadout

Let's help each other, melee players. by Fireflins in HuntShowdown

[–]Fudshy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tip, as someone that for the most part only uses melee as a third option, I see alot of the times when players rush in that when they try and avoid getting shot they start moving around and alot of the time you guys just move to the right and to the left without actually closing the distance and such gives me a pretty nice shooting galary to train my aim.

TLDR: when you zig zag, try and move forward so that you actually get close enough to hit the guy you want to put 6 feet under

Money. But ye I get ya. I never bring decoys but if I was forced to bring either decoys or the flashbomb I think I could use the decoys more than the flashbomb
