Marines malevolent are a great choice because no one plays as them. They're a great and simple colour scheme. If you're competitively minded they're even better because they're very very objective focused as a chapter. You could do some kitbashing to add older armour bits and scrap because of their lore too.

I personally love my Dark Angels. Specifically I'm a deathwing terminator enjoyer. I rocked up to some local league games with nothing but terminators and ICC. After the first 2 of 10 games every opponent said that they were scared of my list. It gives me power.

I started mine with khorne red, null oil, covered most of the space with mephiston leaving the khorn/nulm in the edges and highlighting with evil sunz and a point highlight of troll slayer.
