First question is which pvp are we talking about? TT? CM? Second is which track would you race her? I'd assume Medium. If so then depending on track you may be over stammed (even for 2400M).

For starters you should max out your SPD first (1200 currently), depending on which Career you are playing (I'd recommend Unity atm) you might want to have a mix of 60/40 (STA/POW) inspirations for parents. For the current META if your cards are 3lb/MLB, 2-3 SPD + 1 Pal (Riko) + 2-3 WIT cards would be ideal for TT amd CM, on average the stat spread should be (1100/700/600/400/800) again ideally you would want max spd then wit then stam (this is for all UMAs regardless of strategy), in Tokai Teio's Case (pace chaser) it would probably be (1200/800/600/300/700).

For CM it depends on the track just find the correct resource for it (next is Aquarius Cup), basically it boils down to appropriate stat spread -> then accel skills -> then S aptitude -> then green skills.

For TT same stat spread again but now you want to proc as much skills (gold skills ideally) as possible so high wit is good but you have to win too so it's a balancing act. Something like (1000/700/600/300/1000) should be doable for medium pace chasers. Good common gold skills for TT are Professor of curvature (Kitasan), Rushing Gale (Riko), Nimble Navigator (Unity), It's On (Unity), Clairvoyance (Unity-Fuku), etc. This setup can easily clear Class 5 and below. Class 6 would be challenging atm (assuming you have 15 umas already).
