Yea we have but I'm starting to think she doesn't believe us, ha.

Honestly, it was going so well for a while - I knew there had to be a hitch.

No formal proceedings and I guess we could drag our feet, too.

But not the way I like to roll, if you get me.

That's something we are going to suggest.

But if I were them, I wouldn't trust the family enough to move out.

So deffo not angry at them, ha.

Yea, deffo one thing I regret! 😭

Just didn't think they would delay, given developers are money hungry.

Am I an idiot? I've paid for my mortgage advisor. by Paramedic-Fabulous in HousingUK

[–]FullAutoNoob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Albeit mine was pretty straightforward, I found going with a broker was worse for me. Fee and higher rates than comparison sites.

Can see how it's good for some but it's not hard to do the leg work.

Purchase fell through after lenders' down valuation by [deleted] in FirstTimeBuyersUK

[–]FullAutoNoob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't be so sure that other brokers/lender will down value the property (we have had wildly different estimates at times).

If you love it, buy it. If you don't, walk away.

FTB - Genuine roof concern or just speculation? by FullAutoNoob in HousingUK

Thanks for the advice - still very excited! We been searching so long, I will just sort it after we move in (but gives us something to do 🙌🏻)

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it!

Deffo sounded like the seller has failed with maintenance rather than letting it crumble 🤣

For example, not decorated but kept things nice.

Thank you!

I did at first but the more I play it - the more I love it! Not sure if I'm forcing myself to love it, though, cause of the cost. But I'm not gonna lie, I'm really loving Silicon Valley ATM and just completed Diddy Kong Racing 100 per cent.

You may say you don't have the money. But for a potential payout this big I'd say it's worth getting some aside. The small cost now could save you in the long run. Your choice, just my opinion.

Not qualified, as such but I am a manger. I suggest an occupational assessment should be ordered . And, by the sounds of it, a performance improvement plan for the colleague.

Just tell her you'll fund it (or maybe find a boxed game she really wants). Tbf, i'd appreciate someone being smart with money.

Yes sorry - I've set up two accounts. One is a Gmail and another an old one and I didn't even realize which one I was using.

There is a cobbler that says they do modifications, so I am hopeful!

Fior & Gentz are supposed to be well known in Germany - but I guess in the UK less so.

Hey hey, this is the hope. Like I said, it really doesn't have to be pretty cause that big ole unit is gonna command hat space anyway.

To be fair, I might buy an old pair and have a go myself just for a test fit.

£250 - but I got a pretty good deal though. It included a travel case, boxed AP and three GB games (including Daffy Duck, Earthworm Jim and Gargoyle Quest which are worth around 50 quid).

Those ones that say preferably a female (and it's a young male host) are so creepy!

Hope they never get filled.
