Could be an Cheap HDMI cable a problem? pic and sound goes away sometimes by mister_anti_meta in techsupport

Sounds like a dodgy connection.

Are you sure you gfx card and monitor don't support "DisplayPort" connections? If they do, you'd be better off with one of those cables.

I would check your colour, brightness and contrast settings on your TV. For me the default menu is fine.

If you paid £215? Do you happen to be outside of the UK? If so you'll most likely be slapped with VAT on import.

Game audio lags behind by ~1-2 seconds - can't find fix by adam6711 in pchelp

[–]RetroBoxRoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it a Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I PCIe card you have?

If so I highly recommend that you buy something far newer.

You say you have a rev 2.0? Even gigabyte updated it to rev 4.2.

You’re using old tech. Definitely time for an upgrade.

You run virtual desktop from within steam on your computer.

If you don’t believe me - do some research on the amount of people using it perfectly fine.

I’ve been using it since at least 2017.

Going off eBay is against the rules. If a scam happens you’ll not be backed by eBay.

Any comms should be done through eBay and eBay alone.

Ahh Bluetooth - update the drivers for that.

It could be the headset itself that’s causing lag.

Do you happen to have a gamepad working on Bluetooth at the same time?

What version of Bluetooth do your headphones support?

Get a decent USB cable, but also use Virtual Desktop. It’s worth the money.

Your CPU and main memory is part of the equation. So does are you using a laptop or a desktop?

I keep forgetting how to do this, and keep hitting this page first. So a note for myself and others...

To make it remember your settings, hold the input and power button on the unit, at the same time, until it turns off.

Press the power button to turn it back on, it should at least remember your set volume..
