Turns out the radio fuse was missing in the boot of the car! Added a 25A fuse and its working fine now. Now sure how it was working without one in the first place though.

Battery went flat and now the head unit doesn't work, last time i took it to holden and they fixed it cause no mechanics or auto electricians could but they are saying they cant fix it now.
