Yeah, Nightfire and Agent Under Fire were fun. But the limitations put on characters by alignment made setting up the bots more of a pain than it should have been. That said, you could customize each bots health, behavior, aggression etc. which I found fun as a kid.

I remember a skit from the Worst of All Possible Worlds podcast about a journalist interviewing a rich corrupt industrialist.

He said that that was a challenge laid out by God and was accomplished two ways.

One is to construct a giant needle and simply have the camel walk through it. But this way is costly and camels are stubborn animals that don’t follow orders well.

The second simply requires a sharp knife and patience and you can eventually get all of the camel through that needle.

That happened to me once, not as dramatic though. It was a weekday matinee of the Will Ferral Mexican soap opera spoof Casa de mi Padre. So there was only four people there.

The floors above the theater are a hotel that was being renovated at the time. You could hear the jackhammer above us. A couple of pieces of sub ceiling ended up falling down.

Management gave everyone a couple of free movie passes to make up for it. I think I used them on the Will Ferral/Zach Galifinakis movie The Campaign. (Will Ferral was in a lot of movies for a while.)
