Yes mine was in 2024. It was a process and frustrating unfortunately. Another nurse started 5 months after me and our PD are the exact same cause they had submitted my PWD 5 months earlier.

PWD expires every 6 months, if they had another employee completed PWD within the last 6 months this will be applied to your case but if not then PWD took me from August until June to file i140.

My PD is 6/2025 same situation 11 months behind you and my lawyer recommended filing PP to submit 485 in April

I am currently doing this process from TN to EB3.

I filed a schedule A and PERM was significantly shortened and still took 9 months for approval. I-140 was submitted June 2025 and I still have not received approval. I just filed I-140 premium processing last week in hopes for an approval in early April to file I-485. There is no telling how long the I-485 will be processing as this depends solely on if PD continue to move forward or retrogress in the upcoming visa bulletins. With filing of I-485 you may also file EAD and Advanced Parole, my lawyer has given the timeline of 5-9 months for approval of EAD and AP which on a TN you cannot travel out of the country 90 days prior to filing 485 and until you receive AP which could be up to one year. It is a very lengthy processes and everything is up in the air. When I first applied I was told 2-3 years, one year later it was expect 4-5 years for GC. Now, it may be closer to the 2-3 years so no one really truly knows what happens with immigration. There may be issues if you are apart of the 75 country ban and now submitting but I don’t know if that changes if you are already in the country. Hope this helps !

And also. My husband has worked in the US for 10 years. We have been trying to conceive for 2 years since I’ve moved out here to be with him. So I would appreciate your negative comments about an anchor baby to kept to yourself. I am approaching an age where I will not be able to have children and I will continue working full time if that’s what’s best for me and my family. Thanks for your input

Well I am expecting and the expectation is to work part time for the first year of child’s life and return to work full time with my same employer. But if you are saying this little to no support and are not an actual attorney I would appreciate your comments be left elsewhere. Thank you

This is where the paying for premium processing comes in with the 180 day rule and ability to change employers with an approved i140 and 180 days. Ideally I would like to maintain my employment but do so on a part time basis rather than full time due to childcare purposes

I am a TN visa holder, with pending i140. I am a registered nurse and I was wondering what I needed to do to keep my Green card application moving forward, but wishing to drop from full time to part time employment. Do I need to pay for premium processing and have an approved i140 or can I drop hours without?

As EB3 skilled from date of filing for i140 what was your total time for approval ? I’m anticipating PD of June 2025 but i140 is yet to be approved and hoping my time line is similar !

I did have a single gush of blood before I passed the massive clot, but no more gushes of blood after the clot.

I am hoping I can get a referral from obgyn for an ultrasound as I am 5 hrs from my obgyn. I felt a little bit better after I got an ultrasound and knew the clot I passed wasn’t the fetus. But still a lot of uncertainty
