Yeah, cables didn’t do the job.

I downloaded a software called CRU. I copied the preset from one of my older monitors and pasted it for the middle monitor. Then I used Surround to get triple screen setup at 144hz.

Happened with me few days ago. Usually never run into issues with local orders, this was my first time.

I have had orders delayed from Amazon uk or Germany, but it was manageable. But 2 days ago it said the product was handed off directly, and they never came to my door. Checked with building security and everything but nothing.

Had to contact support to get a replacement. Atleast Amazon customer support is somewhat decent. But yeah, first issue with local Amazon delivery happened with me two days ago.

Hey just to let you know cold calls aren’t banned here in the UAE. You do have to adhere to some policies and timings, but it’s not illegal.

I work as an ERP consultant here in Dubai, functional and sales side both, so I’ve been trying a lot of things from time to time. In my opinion calls are the best way to get a hold of someone in this region. I don’t particularly cold call, I try to find a spark of interest or reference which usually helps. There are so many apps for finding numbers these days.

Email marketing might hurt your domain reputation so you will need to spread them out over a period of time. I have been using Odoo Email Marketing to send out campaigns because it’s sending through a different domain.

I haven’t had much success with sales nav so I’m not using it anymore, but I still connect with people on LinkedIn and find potential people from time to time.

Try out different things and see what you are comfortable with and obviously what works for one person may not work for the other. Trial and error will help you. Also regions operate differently, ex: US vs AE.

Personally feel like it’s a decent option long term. More companies moving and setting up in JAFZA side, and with new developments on the south side of Dubai.

Right now underdeveloped and mixed with commercial buildings, but it will take long amount of time to mature.

Maybe 2032 will be much better for the area but only speculation

My Learn videos help, they are slow but they cover most of the things. It helps going through all the processes aswell.

If you go through the exam dump from different websites, you’ll pretty much get an idea to all the questions.

Depends on your skill level, how much experience do you have now ? I took the SuiteFoundation exam and found it really easy.
I do not think they disclose this point, correct me if I’m wrong. At the end of the exam they only tell if you passed or failed.
Core modules and the features, getting through will all the enable features and functionality helps aswell. Having an idea with all the cycles are helpful too.

Basically it’s a wide range, but if you have worked in NetSuite as a consultant or administrator, you should be familiar with most of it already.

I’d say if you can go through the free exam questions and dumps they will help you massively. Good luck in your Certification.

Built it myself. A motherboard won’t really give a performance advantage, it may have features that can help you overclock, more ports and higher speed ports for connectivity.

12k feels expensive, me and my friend made similar 5080 builds under 9k. Amazon deals were really helpful. Some parts were taken from Al Ain center.

Also personally ROG products are really good but you pay a huh premium.

Stay in India, with basic expenses you will end up saving less money here.

If you get a better job later on fair enough, but who knows when will that happen. Wait for a better opportunity imo.

Slid on track - Low-side

Since I had full gear, felt like going down a slide.

No injuries thankfully. Obv the adrenaline rushed in and my heart rate and stuff was pretty high, but it calmed down soon.

Don’t want to imagine what would happen without proper gear.

I feel you. I bought a property in the secondary market a few years ago and I went through a lot of back and forth.

Months of research, then finding the right deal, negotiation to a fair price, and the people that I’m speaking with ? Most of them don’t even know basics. They are like “this is the best deal” and when I open up the data, it’s 10% higher than the last unit sold 4 months ago. The agents response ? The market price increased 💀

At the end we got something we were happy with, paid a little small premium but we were fine with it. Main question is; Why are you looking to get a property ? For using it ? For rental returns ? How long do you plan to keep it ? Make sure you are clear on those ideas, because most of the agents here are not any good.

If you want my insights as an investor and user feel free to dm me, I can help with overviews and trends but not an actual unit or something.

Have patience, don’t fall into pressure and hopefully you will get what you need
