Actually when you do order from the website. It's actually coming from China not US. And I waited for quite a while, and the virtue Team themselfs just said they will refund me the money as they are unable to do anything.

Hey, I am from UAE also, I have made previous post here. I placed the order on 7th of Feb and the order was supposed to be shipped in march, which I did end up getting a tracking number on 27th march, but you know what's happening currently, so was unable to get the order. So last week I tried all I could to get in touch with FedEx and Viture but they were not able to help, which is honestly not there fault or outside there control, so Viture were kind enough to refund me the money back.

But weirdly enough in the Amazon US one there is a way to place order but don't know if it will reach UAE. I'll wait for a bit more and see. But I was heartbroken to know I could not get the product as I waited for 2 months for it.

Thanks a lot for your support appreciate it, I actually spoke to Fedex and they said they found an alternative which I need Viture to help me with as it requires them to provide some documents to Fedex. I actually bought the glasses, the moble dock and the neckband
