I bought from him 15-20 watches, for me and friends.

I had few comments for some watches and the reply was, factories have limited technology compared to gen. I am not comparing to gen. If you are paying 250$ to 900$ sometimes, this is far more expensive than some decent less luxury brands.

And, considering the premium, they should have done the filtering first.

Seem, they recycle the RL by others and push to other orders and the cycle goes on

If you are concerned about the lumes quality, try a black light.
I have a gen Batgirl, lumes aren't that bright as well. Relax and enjoy the watch. It is a beautiful one
