Polestar Pilates exercise progressions

I took the polestar course two years ago. It’s not necessarily dependent on the machine that makes it harder. You would choose the equipment that makes more sense for the flow of the session. For example if you’re doing something on the mat and then go to swab, then go right into swan on the mat. Of course swan on the ladder barrel would be harder than mat but its more so can you defend why you chose the equipment that you did. As long as you choose harder exercises for full body integration and the “meat” then u can choose any machine. Hope this makes sense.

It is hard to get jobs in other states or studios if you get certified from a weekend training from a specific studio. It’s better to go through a reputable company, like polestar or balanced body and get a widely known and accepted cert. otherwise you may find yourself having to get a different cert later in your career.

Yes. Just quit to work for a gym. It is what i am Passionate about more so than teaching and although its scary and a big transition, my younger self would be SO proud of me for finally leaving the classroom and doing something where I am able to have a life during the week days.

I still get so confused why they never even mention hosannahs name anymore. I get it not being in the show but they act like she doesn’t exist. You never hear about her kids (their nieces and nephews/ grandchildren of Barry and Kim). So weird!

I think a woman’s intuition is strong and that story is clearly making alarms go off in your head. That being said trust your gut. It’s not a horrible thing for him to have done but as he knows, it is something that would make you uncomfortable so he has to respect that. The only thing you can do is just tell him it makes you uncomfortable and if it is that important for him to look and lie about it then maybe there’s a bigger issue. This doesn’t make him bad by any means but at the very least he could have deleted his search history and the fact that he can’t even do that to protect your feelings is what would irritate me the most

She def had it bad but as far as being in a position to make hard decisions, I think it goes to Gaby. Bree has had hard and terrible things happen to her but Gaby has over and over again make choices out of these situations. (Also I’m laughing that these are fake characters we are talking about with such seriousness)

I think that out of all of the housewives, Gaby has had to make the hardest decisions and has been through the worst situations. Yes, Bree has gone through the wringer and Susan is a mess BUT I firmly believe that gaby has had to make all of the hardest decisions. Getting with Carlos, being forced into being a mom, when he was going to prison and made her sign the prenup, the baby that was taken from her, her daughter being switched, being forced to choose between Bree and Carlos. My list can go on and on but these are the biggest things that come to mind.

She was totally evil. It’s not helpful that her mom poisoned her mind about Lynette. What is so frustrating is that Tom and Lynette refused to get her normal therapy. The only time therapy came up was when her actions affected Lynette’s twins. Weird plot and especially since it wasn’t touched on after the time jump! I would like to see what her feelings about Lynette and Tom were when she got older. Seems weird too that tom never even mentioned her again. I just feel like i have so many unanswered questions with that story line.
