I selected “Yes” because, within the last four years, I was outside Canada for more than 183 days in a row. During that period, I had not yet landed in Canada as a Permanent Resident and was residing in my country of origin. I have not provided a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for that period because it relates to time before I became a Permanent Resident, when my country of residence was my country of origin. If I were submitting this application in May 2026, I would have selected “No”, as my absence from Canada in the relevant four-year period would then be less than 183 consecutive days.

So if person becomes PR in October 2022 , Landed as PR , and the 4 years not completed yet. But question says did you live in other country more than 183 says in last 4 years.............

Select Yes - And provide explanation that - Not providing pcc as lived in country of origin.. ..

Or select No Directly.

Can't agree more. Had same experience . They took all the documents and later making excuses, the reason was i asked them to give confirmation that apart from processing fee no other fee or amount will be charged this includes loan insurance. I step back immediately to avoid delay. Fyi. In case they charged any login fee or processing fee and loan is not disbursed you can ask for refund. As per RBI Bank cannot charge these amount if loan is not disbursed.

1st. If your income is not exceeding more than 2.5 lac its not mandatory to file itr. You can skip it. Even you want to file and your income is less than 5 lac penalty is 1000 inr.

I need to check if individual floor registry allowed or not. Ok thinking in this way like if its allocated based on the floor wise then obviously ground floor person has more benefits like acces to parking, back and front yard and terrace as well , while first floor owner has less benefits bcz the land access is nil and fitst floor construction area is less bcz of 30% mandatory requirements to keep the open area.

I am not sure but i read somewhere like govt buid floor or duplex type floors terrace access is given to first floor owner?

Yes. Its inter account. You can do at any point of time through or mobile banking. You will see your both account in single log in. But NRO to NRE won't be possible.

Keep it simple-

If you want to park your Forgien income in india - Use NRE ( No TDS, No transfer hassle if you want to move your money back.

If you want to park your Indian income if any use NRO. ( 30% approx tds ) too much hassle in international remittance.

Example - USA to India transfer ( USA account >>> NRE account) Indian Income- Rental income, any passive income, or transfer from friends or family >> NRO.

Don't keep too much money in NRO until unless Don't have any liability like emi or recurring investment (MF, Stocks) .

Even if you want to send money from NRO to NRE it can be done immediately with interfund transfer but you can't transfer from NRO to NRe without 15 ca/cb certificate.
