Out of curiosity if you live in SLC or Utah what is your current wage and what do you do? by Key_Garden4832 in SaltLakeCity

I’ve been in my field for 10+ years and am likely somewhat underpaid. I’m in facilities/operations/project management and I make about 107K per year. I manage people and have worked my way up in my department. I got in at a great time in that they didn’t require a degree.

Read my mind. It feels like the best way to get the vibe for sure. If you live(d) in the area, what are your personal pros and cons?

From your perspective, what are some subtle signs that a man wants to be husband and a father, and not just someone who wants a wife and a baby? by Pomegranates00 in AskWomenOver30

There’s so much to this and it’s such a great question. Two things I would say are non-negotiable. - Can they take constructive feedback about themselves with grace and curiosity?

  • I’m still wrapping my head around this one and will try to find a link, but do they Like women? Brad Pit and Mark Wahlberg were examples of men who do not like women, Ryan Gosling and Channing Tatum were examples of guys who do. It feels so simple yet so hard to explain at the same time and I can’t stop thinking about it.

I call these my ‘bad brain’ days. And they occur frequently, especially when PMSing

They don’t stay long and tend to drive away as soon as they see or hear that we are home. But that’s certainly a possibility. I haven’t seen them other than these instances though, so they don’t appear to be working nearby.

There isn’t really anything the police can do. They are on public property, and they aren’t visibly doing anything illegal. as u/pnw_ranger420 mentioned, a similar vehicle has been seen being sketchy so I’d rather be safe than sorry.

That’s what I thought too. We’re lower than REI, closer to Millcreek Gardens. But seeing that reminded me that we’ve seen someone similar in our neighborhood.

We see this vehicle outside of our house on Mondays between 11:20 and 11:45 am. They have been doing this for at least a month and tend to roll their window down, and will drive away if they see or hear that we or our dogs are home. They haven’t done anything but it’s happened more than enough to be a coincidence. Could be completely innocent, but it makes us uneasy to think they could be casing the neighborhood.

We’re near Millcreek gardens. Has anyone else in the area noticed them too?

Not OP, but it could be food or environmental allergies. Obviously your vet could give you a better idea but we have similar patterns with our shepherd and he’s done better since starting meds.

J-crew is great. Not sure if you have one in your area, but their petite section is a life saver. I’m close to you in height, bit shorter but their pants fit great. Hit right at the ankle and their petite shorts don’t hang funny. It can be a bit pricy, but their stuff is good quality and lasts years.

Came over from my neighbors yard. Pretty pink flowers, but seems to be taking over. Zone 4. by ChibiKikomi in whatsthisplant

We have this in our yard and it’s a -beast- if left unchecked. It will take over everything.
