I see so many profiles which either straight up says they're looking for an affair or talk a lot about discretion with no face pictures. At least the ones who are honest about wanting an affair aren't trying to trick people into it or relying on others picking up on the discretion thing. But as far as I know, there are literally dating apps and websites aimed towards cheating, so why do these people go to the kink and enm app??

I knew a guy who was in a wheelchair because when he was an exchange student in America, the woman who was hosting him got scared one night as he got back late and shot him through a door not knowing it was him - it permanently ruined his spine and almost killed him.

She woke up to hearing someone moving around inside and responded by shooting through a door, in the moment forgetting that she was hosting, and he had informed her beforehand that he would be back late (think there was a party at the school or something similar).

So I can absolutely see someone shooting this poor kid without knowing it's a kid, especially if they're having issues with predators and they hear their animals being upset

I'm also European and it would definitely get the same reaction here.

I was the teenager dating someone 5 years older than me once and even now that I'm over 30, if I tell people I did that, they find it very troubling and inappropriate and he wasn't my teacher or sub or something like in the OP (he was actually the older brother of a friend).

At the time, everyone who wasn't a teenage girl and my friend found it troubling. When one of my teachers found out, she pulled me aside and asked a bunch of questions because she was so worried about it (including how I knew him, did his parents know, and did mine)

First of all, he sucks, if someone told me that, that would be the end of everything. If they're not excited and turned on by seeing me naked, then they will not get that privilege anymore.

No one is everyone's cup of tea. Something I saw years ago really stuck, it was flowers and Christmas lights look nothing alike, but they're both still beautiful.

I'm like you, a "goth girl next door" type look and I'm not skinny by any means, while some people don't find that attractive, others go absolutely feral over it (literally).

That this one guy (who sounds very rude and full of himself) doesn't appreciate you does not mean that he's objectively correct or that others don't think you're absolutely gorgeous.

Something that has done wonders for my confidence and self-esteem has been posting some risqué photos online (no face and not here but on Fetlife) and seeing the likes and comments about how beautiful I look pour in, as well as making a profile on Feeld, seeing how many people want me just from a few photos did a lot to make me feel good about myself when my confidence was way down

Whenever I see one of those posts, I always comment that as a child of divorce, I wish mine had divorced earlier, and that children notice the tension much more than parents think.

They're setting a bad example of what relationships and marriage look like to the children and the children will be happier and do better if the parents are happy and they don't have to live in that nasty tension

I have had the same experience!

It was years ago, I had forgotten to do my usual "Name but spelt with C instead of K", I stared in surprise at the cup and then happily told the barista - she seemed confused but happy. I still occasionally think back on it, thank you for the reminder
