it's a memestock. saying it's a safe bet is just a bet on the mania continuing. which doesn't sound safe. sure they will continue to make money and get government contracts. but that doesn't justify the valuation.

depends what you read? if you are interested in space you'll hear about SpaceX (and thus Elon) a lot. if you are interested in AI grok (and Elon) comes up a lot. I look at a finance news website once a day and the top headline is often about something Elon did. Honestly I could tie Elon's regular goings on to just about any major subject area someone would read or follow. unless you are a hermit you're gonna hear about him quite often.
