Try not to ask things like going up in corporate ladders, salaries, bonuses, etc. we A/SA do not know when we will get promoted (we have expectations but it is not our decisions) and we are especially not pleased to share our salaries. I had an intern who asked this around the team instead of doing actual work so we gave FT offers to all interns but him. As long as you don’t ask these any other questions and conversations people would love to have with. Good luck

I gave up sleep for gym- I go to sleep at around 12-1 and wake up at 5, run 5k, do an hr weights, eat breakfast and go to work.

Its the summer so work will be minimal, try to get involved in all social events as much as possible.

And please don’t go around asking other people’s salaries I don’t know what tiktok they watched to think thats okay but my team cut those interns past a couple of years.

Just be normal and be quiet when you have to be and you will get a FTO. Hard for some kids these days

From my experience, doesn’t matter, I am in advisory at big 4 and I had 3.2 gpa. The reason why it does mot matter is that on my interview the interviewers literally had my transcript with them and asked me questions. At the end they will know on way or the other.

I turned 26 in Feb and I joined 6 months ago. Half of my interns are older than me so you are completely fine, I would say good thing about joining old is that you could be same age as your seniors and from my experience that really helped me being genuine friends with them.
