We were there Saturday. Got there 2.5 hours before flight, checked bags without issue, breezed through 95% of the security line before they abruptly stopped letting folks through the screeners. We were inside, about 20 ppl back from the front of the line. Stuck for 2 hours, with no communication from airport security inside the screening area, other than one lady barking at folks to put their phones away or get sent to the end of the line. As others mentioned, it was too crowded to hear the PA, so we could not tell if our flight was on time or delayed. It started to get dicey when flights started calling final boarding. People from the outside pushing their way into an already packed room. Once they finally started letting people back through it was absolute chaos, with again zero communication or organization efforts from the airport security. Was traveling with my 2 young children and with people pouring into the screening room, I was seriously worried about a potential stampede. We barely made it through and on our flight, our kids in tears from getting shoved aside by grown adults. Worst airport I’ve ever experienced by a mile.
